"We need more Ben Stiller close-ups in this film," says director Ben Stiller

Los Angeles, CA - On the set of his recent movie, Ben Stiller declared that "we need more close shots of (actor) Ben Stiller!" Utilizing his "one-gimmick per role" approach to filmmaking, Stiller focused the camera 3 inches from his head and made "funny faces" for hours of reaction shots. Still unhappy with how things turned out, Stiller sent the script to writer Ben Stiller for re-writes. Executive Producer Ben Stiller could not be reached for comment.
