Greatest Movie Villains: Introduction

Many of them have been overlooked in the past. Many of them hide behind masks or hideous facial disfigurements, seldom showing their motives and ambitions. Many of them have been restricted to three lines of dialogue or less, due to inept writing and acting, piss-poor production values, and, very often, the actor's unfamiliarity with the English language.

But there is no doubt: The characters included in this running segment are the most terrifying, despicable baddies in cinematic history.
